Dentist and patient discussing the treatment plan

Guarantees

Choosing the right clinic is the best guarantee of quality treatment.

Written guarantee

We provide a written guarantee for dental treatment, with clearly defined terms and duration.

The guarantee can be issued in Croatian, Italian, German, English or Slovenian, according to the patient’s preference.

Along with the guarantee, patients receive invoices for all services provided, ensuring complete transparency and clear documentation of their treatment and the associated costs.

This gives patients a clear record of the services provided, the materials used, the costs, and the terms of the guarantee.

Implant passport

In addition to the guarantee, every patient also receives an implant passport – a document containing precise details of every implant placed, including the manufacturer, model, and specifications.

This documentation is particularly important for patients who live abroad or travel frequently. If a problem arises or a check-up is required, an implant specialist anywhere in the world can refer to accurate information about the implant and provide appropriate care.

The passport is also valuable in the long term. If a prosthetic restoration needs to be replaced or remade several years later, the patient is not dependent on the clinic where the implant was originally placed. All the necessary information is available to them and can be used to continue treatment with another dentist or implant specialist.

We believe that patients should always have access to complete information about their treatment. That is why we provide full documentation for all implants placed, allowing patients to continue their care wherever they may be in the future.

EU certificate of conformity for materials

We use materials of proven quality for our prosthetic restorations that meet current European standards and requirements. Appropriate documentation is available for all materials used, confirming their conformity with applicable European quality and safety requirements.

For the patient, this provides complete transparency about the materials used in their prosthetic restoration, their origin and properties.

Information about the materials used is retained as part of the documentation for each prosthetic restoration. This can also be important in the future, for example, for check-ups, repairs, modifications or the fabrication of a new restoration.
